THE STORY OF OUR COMPANY
After being in the business for many years, we started a company that gives agents all of their commission minus a small flat fee on each transaction. This fee, we believe, is a fair amount of money for a company to charge to cover their expenses and make a profit. We don’t need to take 20-40% of an agent’s money. Most agents pay their own advertising costs, costs for assistants, and other related expenses.
